The British are well known for their Olde Worlde manners. The Scots being much more traditional than their English counterparts are even more so. Our Director, Maud Ramsay, was raised in an atomosphere of strict table manners and as a Girl Guide Captain, often attended afternoon teas at the house of the landed Gentry. Keep a look out for her soon to-be-published book on Afternoon Tea. It is highly amusing, very instructional and easily read.
